Title” Customer Service Onsite Manager 

Reports to: Customer Service Manager 


 

Summary:  Involved in completing duties in order fulfillment and account management.

Coordinates with other departments to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Process and communicates customer requests

  • Tracks and reports inbound paperwork and inventory

  • Coordinates shipping schedule with trucking company, Customer service and Warehouse.

  • Resolve complaints and claims

  • Process and print customer labels

  • Print paperwork as needed (BOL,POD,Manifest,etc.)

  • Reports damaged material and order discrepancies to CSR

  • Scan and send documents as necessary

  • ​

  • Inventory tracking, audits & reconciliation reports

  • Complete warehouse report forms: Inbound, outbound, trailer status

  • Interact with each shipment that goes in or out of the warehouse for accuracy

  • Communicate equipment, safety, and quality issues internally

  • Plan, manage and dispatch drivers for loads shipping out of Kentucky Avenue.

  • Maintain courtesy and professionalism during all interactions with the organization’s personnel, clients, and other contacts.

  • Maintain confidentiality of the organization, its employees, and customers.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in customer service in the supply chain industry

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to learn other software.

  • Organized, Multi-tasker and Detailed-oriented

 

Education and Licensure:

 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
